This vibrant, zippy condiment consists of lemons, grana padano cheese, almonds, salt, and a pinch of black pepper. The resulting concoction is bright and tangy and perfect for folding into a bowl of orecchiette or dressing a salad.

You can blend it into a Caesar dressing or use it to marinate chicken. It would be perfect with fish and could even find its way into a layered dish like moussaka. Best of all, at just $3.49 a jar, you’ve got nothing to lose if it turns out not to be your vibe—although the odds of that are highly unlikely.
