Luxury spa to open second location in Cameron Mitchell's Bridge Park hotel ...Middle East

DUBLIN, Ohio (WCMH) -- A central Ohio luxury spa is expanding with a location inside Cameron Mitchell's upcoming boutique hotel in Dublin's Bridge Park.

Panacea Luxury Spa Boutique announced this month it will be "the exclusive luxury spa partner" for the hotel, which will stand seven stories tall with 130 guestrooms, a fitness center, pool and more. The complex will be located at the southeast corner of West Granville Road and Riverside Drive, and the new Panacea will feature more than 17,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor space on the second floor.

Once completed, the new location will mark the luxury spa's second after the first opened in 2023 at 2130 Quarry Trails Drive in Hilliard. Named after the Greek Goddess of healing, Panacea said it will provide guests with holistic healing experiences, biohacking technology and therapeutic treatments.

"We are beyond thrilled to expand the Panacea Luxury Spa Boutique brand into Bridge Park, where we will be introducing new services and amenities that beautifully complement the offerings we currently provide at our location in The Quarry Trails," said Krista Guagenti, founder of Panacea.

In addition to Mitchell, the hotel project is backed by the Shaner Hotel Group and Crawford Hoying, the developer behind Bridge Park. Plans call for the complex to also feature at least 20 condos in an eight-story tower, alongside three new food and beverage concepts, a pool bar, an event venue with a 4,000-square-foot ballroom, and a series of meetings rooms.

A four-story office building with ground level retail will span about 90,000 square feet on the property's southeast corner. Crawford had originally planned for this building to be condos, but announced early last year they were pivoting to office space while negotiating with "some pretty significant leases" for more office users at Bridge Park.

A series of streetscapes will connect the office build to the hotel, which is Mitchell's first foray into the hotel industry after 30 years of business. Described as a boutique hotel, the complex will be a "one-of-a-kind, culinary-forward lifestyle hotel concept."

A three-level, partially below-grade parking garage will serve the entire development with about 500 parking spaces, and open green space on the property will be accessible to the public. Construction on the entire development is expected to begin in 2026.
