If there’s one thing the Vanderpump Villa cast could agree on, it was their distrust of newcomer Siadi due to an alleged fake accent, unprofessional behavior toward guests and more.
Siadi started season 2, which premiered on Thursday, April 24, on top with a job in guest services and a growing romance with fellow staff member Sianna. It didn’t take long, however, for the questions about Siadi to start — including with Lisa Vanderpump.
The restaurateur questioned why Siadi was speaking in an American accent despite having a British accent during his interview. Hulu played footage of Lisa interviewing Siadi where he did indeed speak about his background and acknowledged his obvious accent.
Siadi continued to confuse his coworkers as word traveled about his alleged accent. He refused to answer Tyler’s inquiries and after a tumultuous relationship with Sianna, the couple called it quits. Siadi became even further alienated from everyone else until a blowout fight ultimately led to his exit from the show.

Andre Danté Mitchell, who originally stood by Siadi, weighed in on the surprising revelations about his former friend.
“It put me in a weird situation because I feel like I leave with a good heart,” he exclusively told Us Weekly. “It put me in a weird place for a little bit. It was tough for me but I don’t regret it. But I did learn a lesson from it.”

Potentially Fake Accent
Lisa noticed it first but she wasn’t the last. During a confessional, Tyler hinted that he had a conversation with Siadi about how he was hiding his accent from the others. When Siadi started to turn on Tyler, the activities coordinator came clean about the inconsistencies.
Siadi, for his part, didn’t give a direct excuse for why he used a British accent with Lisa — and briefly when he was drunk on a night out — before reverting to an American verbiage. Siadi briefly noted that he was “code switching” to fit in with the mostly American staff but it backfired.
A Confusing Romantic Life
What started as a workplace romance turned into a toxic relationship. Siadi and Sianna hit it off and had sex within days of meeting each other — but things took a turn from there. Sianna didn’t always feel supported by Siadi, who in turn questioned their future together.
Sianna tried to end their relationship at one point, which didn’t seem to bother Siadi. They reconciled before breaking up again but Sianna appeared more invested in making it work than Siadi. The pressure of the complicated romance became too much for Sianna and she subsequently was dismissed from Lisa’s luxury French villa, Château Rosabelle.
Shockingly, Siadi seemed unfazed before moving on with his day. His coworkers, however, didn’t understand the nonchalant response.
Sexually Explicit Comments at Guests
Determined to prove his coworkers wrong, Siadi went all out on the last few workdays at Château Rosabelle. Siadi previously received nothing but praise from guests but by the end of the season, there were people not as comfortable with his behavior. More specifically, a guest claimed to Lisa that Siadi made sexually suggestive comments toward her before propositioning her.
Footage of the interactions played out on screen as Siadi was dismissed from his job. He ended on bad terms with everyone — and didn’t say goodbye to a single coworker before heading home.
