Utz has a sweet and zesty new limited-edition potato chip flavor it said is like "summer in a bite," and some very lucky shoppers have already spotted it on store shelves.
The fan-favorite snack brand is really juicing bold flavors–and collaborations–for all of their worth, as it only recently announced two "swicy" and spicy varieties of its beloved Cheese Balls would be heading to retailers nationwide in the coming weeks. Now, Parade has learned that the company has also given its original potato chip a seasonal makeover thanks to a new partnership with Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation.

Food blogger KDSnackFinds recently spotted the new Utz Lemonade Potato Chips–which some say is too "interesting" not to try–at their local grocery store, snapping a photo of the display and sharing it on Instagram this week.

"Wait, what??" one bewildered social media user replied.
"Huh?! ?," another wrote.
"I don’t know about these," a third confessed, "I’d try it though."
"Going too far," another added before someone else joked that Utz is "doing too much!"
"Hmm. Interesting flavor," one more commented. "I'd try it."

According to the official description, "Utz Lemonade Potato Chips bring together the nostalgic sweet and tart taste of classic lemonade with the satisfying crunch of another seasonal favorite – potato chips."
Utz Lemonade Potato ChipsThe limited-edition flavor is available in a 7.75 oz bag and has been found on shelves at some Harris Teeter locations. It is expected to land wherever Utz snacks are sold (such as Wegmans, CVS, Walmart, Stop & Shop, Publix, Kroger, ShopRite, Target, Hannaford, and Walgreens) in the coming weeks and are also available online through August and online at utzsnacks.com, hanging out only through August or while supplies last.
The company said it will also "donate a portion of each bag sold, up to $25,000, to Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation, funding critical research and support for children battling cancer," talk about a sweet and savory combination!
