SANTA BARBARA, Calif.-Now is a good time to stop and smell the roses.
The roses at the Mission Rose Garden in Santa Barbara are in full bloom.
Visitors can walk through the garden or have a picnic on the lawn.
Some of the roses are named after famous people including Barbra |Streisand.
The garden, across the street from the Old Mission Santa Barbara, has dozens of rose varieties.
