CLARK MILLS, N.Y. – Three people are dead after a tornado tore through a small town in Oneida County early Sunday.
A tree sliced through a home in Clark Mills, which killed six-year-old twin girls as they slept. About two blocks away, a 50-year-old woman died when a tree crushed another home.
The tornado was caused by the same system News10NBC’s First Alert Weather team warned people about at the end of last week. The system just missed our region and barreled through Central New York.
According to PowerOutage.us, more than 13,000 customers still don’t have power in Oneida County.
