Investigators from the Fallbrook Sheriff’s Substation detained three men and a juvenile Thursday after a 16-year-old boy was stabbed at a late-night party.
Just before 2 a.m. at a party in a home in the 1700 block of Calmin Drive, deputies found the teen boy with a non-life-threatening stab wound, according to the San Diego County Sheriff’s Office. He was transported to a local hospital for treatment.
Deputies also observed a vehicle leaving the scene at a high rate of speed. It was found in the 1600 block of E. Mission Road, where it had collided with a building.
Four individuals from the vehicle were detained in connection with the teen being stabbed, including Acey Perez, 18, who allegedly was found in possession of a loaded firearm.
The other suspects include Angel Martinez, 18, Roman Ortiz, 23, and another teen, 16, whose name was not released.
Officers with the California Highway Patrol responded to the collision while detectives from the Fallbrook substation will handle the stabbing.
