CHARLIE WOODS bagged his first AJGA win following a remarkable turnaround at the Team TaylorMade Invitational in Florida.
The 16-year-old son of golf icon Tiger Woods was in action during the midweek tournament at Streamsong Resort this week.
Charlie was up against some of the hottest prospects in the sport, with four of the five top-ranked players in the American Junior Golf Association rankings in action.
The No. 606-ranked Charlie was a huge outsider to win the tournament, which was only his fifth AJGA event.
But he bagged his first win on the circuit with a six-under-par final round.
The teenager finished three shots clear at the top of the leadboard on 15-under-par.
His triumph was made even more special as he recovered from a horror opening round.
He hit eight birdies and an eagle but recorded a two-under-par 70 finish thanks to FIVE double bogeys and a triple bogey.
Golf fans flocked to social media to praise Charlie for his maiden AJGA victory.
