You’ll fan the thin slices out just slightly to create each segment, using larger pieces for the main body and curved ones for the claws and tail. For the legs, smaller curved bits or even scraps from your slicing will do the trick. Finally, if you want to give it a little face, you can add two small blueberries (or black sesame seeds) for the eyes. That’s it. No fancy piping or crumb coating; just fruit and a tiny bit of arranging.
