Los Angeles police officers shot at a suspect in North Hollywood during a stabbing investigation on Friday, May 16.
Officers arrived at the 7800 block of Beck Avenue, near Stagg Street in North Hollywood, where they located a victim suffering from stab wounds, LAPD Officer Drake Madison said. Officers then made contact with a suspect and an officer-involved shooting occurred at 12:54 p.m.
Information regarding the condition of the stabbing victim or the suspect, or what led up to the shooting was not immediately available.
No officers were injured.
