Açaí, Por Favor is at the top of a list by delivery service DoorDash of the 100 Best Brunch Spots for 2025.
The eatery is at 8128 W. Third Street, Los Angeles, about a half mile east of Beverly Center. It was opened by actor Camren Bicondova of “Gothem” fame and entrepreneur Alejandro Soto, according to its website, acaiporfavor.com. It serves fruit bowls, smoothies, cold press juices and coffee.
DoorDash compiled its list by analyzing its data from Saturday and Sunday breakfast orders made April 2024 through March 2025. All the eateries had fewer than five stores, the highest average overall customer rating and at least 1,000 reviews.
It released its findings in time for Mother’s Day, which is Sunday, May 11 this year and included an offer for $5 off $30-plus orders for Nothing Bundt Cakes made on DoorDash through Saturday, May 10.
DoorCash said bundt cake orders increased by 7,200% during the period it was studying for brunch orders.
Three other Southern California restaurants made the list.
