THE Kansas City Chiefs are set to get one of their star players back in the 2025 season.
Rashee Rice suffered a season-ending injury in 2024 after a collision with Patrick Mahomes.
The Chiefs were without Rice for their playoff run, and definitely could’ve used him in the Super Bowl.
Without Rice, the offense struggled and they got crushed by the Philadelphia Eagles 40-22.
While the Chiefs struggled without Rice, it appears they won’t be missing him for much longer.
Rice has been seen working out in videos and looks to have his strength back.
He could be seen pushing a weighted sled, showing that his knee is back in good condition.
Rice also posted on his Instagram about how doctors started to clear him for activities.
“THEY JUST CLEARED THE KID FOR ROUTE TREEEE!!!!” he wrote.
“THANK YOU TO THE MAN UP ABOVE!”
Rice was having a great start to the season before he got hurt in 2024.
Across four games he had 288 yards and two touchdowns.
Adjusted to a full season that would be 1,224 yards and eight touchdowns.
Chiefs fans are thrilled to see their star receiver back in action and shared their thoughts on social media.
“This is great news for the Chiefs!” one fan said.
“He’s been working hard and was close at the SB. I’m glad he didn’t return to soon,” another fan said.

“Can’t wait to see him back on the field. He was straight up balling before he got hurt,” a fifth fan said.
Rice is just 24 years old and should have a productive career ahead of him if he returns fully healthy.
