SHERIFF’S REPORTS
The following were compiled from reports prepared by the Mendocino County Sheriff’s Office:
POSSESSION WITH PRIORS: Jeffrey W. Carver, 42, of Willits, was booked at county jail April 3 on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance with priors and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was arrested by the Willits Police Department.
DOMESTIC VIOLENCE: Wesley C. Lewis, 24, of Ukiah, was booked at county jail April 3 on suspicion of domestic violence. He was arrested by the MCSO.
DUI: Eduardo R. Torres Garcia, 25, of Kelseyville, was booked at county jail April 3 on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol. He was arrested by the MCSO.
FALSE IMPERSONATION: Armando Alvarez, 34, of Ukiah, was booked at county jail April 4 on suspicion of falsely impersonating another. He was arrested by the Ukiah Police Department.
DUI: Troy L. Hoaglin, 39, of Laytonville, was booked at county jail April 4 on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs/alcohol and possessing a controlled substance. He was arrested by the California Highway Patrol.
EVADING: Mateo J. Sandoval, 28, of Ukiah, was booked at county jail April 4 on suspicion of evading, reckless driving and of obstructing/resisting a first responder. He was arrested by the UPD.
DUI: Jenny S. Costello, 48, of Ukiah, was booked at county jail April 5 on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol. She was arrested by the CHP.
DUI: Octavio Diaz Ruiz, 31, of Ukiah, was booked at county jail April 5 on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol, evading a peace officer and violating his probation. He was arrested by the CHP.
DUI: Tamara S. Hubbard, 53, of Arcata, was booked at county jail April 5 on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol. She was arrested by the CHP.
VANDALISM: Deanna D. Renfort, 49, of Willits, was booked at county jail April 5 on suspicion of felony vandalism. She was arrested by the MCSO.
DUI: Sabrina M. Zink, 46, of Eureka, was booked at county jail April 5 on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol/drugs. She was arrested by the CHP.
DUI: Auressia O. Armstrong, 44, of Santa Clara, was booked at county jail April 5 on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol/drugs. She was arrested by the CHP.
DUI: Sergio E. Bautista Vazquez, 31, of Concord, was booked at county jail April 6 on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol and giving false information to a peace officer. He was arrested by the CHP.
DUI: Robert C. Conklin, 62, of Ukiah, was booked at county jail April 6 on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol/drugs and possessing both a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia. He was arrested by the CHP.
POSSESSION WITH PRIORS: Keegan S. Knight, 34, of Ukiah, was booked at county jail April 6 on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance with priors, possession of drug paraphernalia and violating his probation. He was arrested by the UPD.
RESISTING: Darrell F. Pike Jr., 30, of Hopland, was booked at county jail April 6 on suspicion of resisting/threatening an officer and indecent exposure. He was arrested by the UPD.
DUI: Jeremy C. Woehrle, 53, of Petaluma, was booked at county jail April 6 on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs. He was arrested by the CHP.
Those arrested by law enforcement officers are innocent until proven guilty. People reported as having been arrested may contact the Daily Journal once their case has been concluded so the results can be reported. Those who feel the information is in error should contact the appropriate agency. In the case of those arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of an intoxicant, all DUI cases reported by law enforcement agencies are reported by the newspaper.
