Dave Coulier was diagnosed with stage 3 non-Hodgkin's lymphoma in October 2024, prompting his Full House family to rally around him as he received treatment for his illness.
But there’s some good news on the horizon, as Candace Cameron Bure, who played DJ Tanner on the popular family sitcom, took to Instagram on March 31 to celebrate some major news about her co-star’s health.

Coulier graced the digital cover of Parade on March 31, where he revealed that halfway through his treatment, a PET scan didn’t show any cancer cells. “They carpet-bombed me for three more treatments after that, and they're not expecting to see anything [further].”
Cameron Bure celebrated the update on social media, posting a carousel of sweet photos of herself, Coulier, and Coulier’s wife, Melissa. The last picture is a still from an early episode of Full House, showing a moment between the two actors on set.

The Full House Rewind podcast host is currently waiting on CAT scan results to determine if his cancer “will be in the rear-view mirror,” but a recent biopsy on a lymph node in his neck came back with no signs of cancer.
“One of the few times in my life when ‘zero’ has been a great number to hear,” Coulier told Parade.
