Dave Coulier can add one more job title to his impressive résumé: grandfather!
Parade can exclusively reveal that the Full House star's son, Luc, and his wife, Alex, welcomed their first baby, a boy, on March 27.

"We're so excited," Dave, 65, exclusively tells Parade of the newest addition to their family. "My son and his wife live in California, so we'll be making multiple trips to see that little boy."
Dave, who is Parade's latest cover star, goes on to explain that although he and wife Melissa Coulier will be traveling back and forth to the Golden State to report for grandparent duties, he's excited to get his Detroit-area home in tip-top shape for when his grandson visits them.
"I have a lot to do. I built our home that I'm sitting in here," he tells Parade via Zoom. "I went to contractor school, and it took me 17 months to build our home. So there's lots of work to do here on the exterior of the home. I want to get out my tractor and keep planting trees and beautifying our home space."
The Michigan native, who revealed his cancer diagnosis in November last year, tells Parade that keeping a positive attitude amid his health battle is something that has been keeping him going — along with his new grandson, of course.
"I don't know how else to view this other than with a positive attitude, especially because I'm in a position where I can inspire others," he shares. "A negative attitude doesn't inspire anybody. Positivity, though, can take you a long way."
Dave adds: "I'll tell you this, today is the first day that I really feel, like, 'Wow, I'm feeling pretty darn good. I feel like myself.' And it's today, so I get to celebrate that with you."
