Selling Sunset star Chrishell Stause is mourning a devastating family loss this week.
The realtor took to Instagram on Monday, March 17 to share the news with her followers, posting photos and videos featuring her "beloved" pet Gracie, which appeared to have been some kind of Yorkie mix.
"Our beloved Gracie left us peacefully today," she wrote alongside the carousel of sweet snaps with the pup. "Thank you to anyone that was a friend to her and helped make her life here better."

"It’s impossible to post a fraction of the joy this angel brought me," she continued. "Gracie was adopted from the @burbankanimalshelter and for the next week, if you tell them Gracie’s name, all adoption fees will be covered. ♥️."

Stause's partner, G Flip, also posted a tribute for their late dog on the social media platform, revealing that the two had put her down—though they didn't provide any details about her health.
"I’ll miss my little buddy very much. What a joy it was to have you in our lives little Gracie girl," they added alongside their own photos. "I hope heaven is full of billions of treats. I will miss your kiss attacks and sending your mother photos of us being awesome together. RIP little fluff x."

When Stause adopted Gracie, she was bonded to another senior dog named Memphis. The pair had been in the shelter for a whopping seven months—longer than any other resident—and she brought both of them home, knowing Memphis was only there for a brief time to enjoy "retirement."
The reality star once opened up about her pro-adoption stance in a collaboration with PETA, encouraging viewers to go out and rescue their "doggie soulmate," too.
