CAIRO, March 15 (MENA) – Egypt has voiced support for all initiatives and efforts aiming to end the Russia-Ukraine crisis.
In a statement issued Saturday, the Foreign Ministry said Egypt follows up on talks held in Saudi Arabia to put an end to this crisis, underscoring the need to settle such conflicts through political solutions based on the Charter of the United Nations and international law.
The peaceful solution is the only way to settle such crises to restore security, stability and peace, the note said, citing Egypt’s participation in Arab and African initiatives to bring about peace and solve different crises under the directives of President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi in this regard.
