Two academy players were arrested by police at Queens Park Rangers’ training ground on Thursday on suspicion of voyeurism.
A Metropolitan Police statement confirmed the arrests were related to an incident at a south London nightclub earlier this month.
“On Thursday, 27 February, police arrested two men in their late teens on suspicion of voyeurism,” the statement read.
“This follows a report of an incident which took place at a nightclub in Kingston on Wednesday, 5 February.
“Both suspects remain in custody and enquiries are ongoing. The victim continues to be supported by specialist officers.”
QPR confirmed they were ‘aware of an alleged incident’.
“The individuals are helping police with their enquiries,” a club statement read.
“As this is an ongoing investigation, the club will not be making any further comment at this time.”
Voyeurism is defined as the activity of getting pleasure from secretly watching other people in sexual situations or from watching other people’s private lives.
