♬ Make It Right - BTSAmy starts by ordering a small mac and cheese and an Asiago bagel, which she gets extra toasted. Next, she spreads the bottom half of the bagel lightly with cream cheese, leaving the prime bagel half (aka the top) for her mac and cheese hack.
When she's ready to eat the mac and cheese, she spoons some of it on the remaining bagel half that she also spread with cream cheese and eats it like an open-face sandwich. She then proceeds to eat the leftover mac and cheese like a dip, scooping up bites out of the cup with the chips that came with her meal.
“Panera’s grilled mac n cheese could never” Amy laughs as she shows off her creation to the camera, referring to the grilled cheese mac and cheese listed on Panera Bread's standard menu.

Amy prefers bagel extra toasted so it can stand up to the mac and cheese topping, but her ordering hack works great no matter how toasted you prefer your bagels. You could also choose your favorite bagel, though Amy is pretty insistent that Asiago is the move.
“Don’t yuck my yum,” one commenter responded in agreement. Another added, “cheese on cheese on cheese, what could be wrong?” When you think about it, this isn't that different from having a bowl of pasta with garlic bread. And what pasta is better than mac and cheese?
