New Delhi: The Supreme Court is slated to hear on Monday a public interest litigation (PIL) seeking the inclusion of political parties under the anti-sexual harassment law. The petition impleads the Congress, the Bharatiya Janata Party, the Communist Party of India-Marxist, the Communist Party of India, the Trinamool Congress, the Nationalist Congress Party, the National People’s Party, the Bahujan Samaj Party, and the Aam Aadmi Party, in the memo of parties. As per the causelist published on the website of the apex court, a bench of Justices Surya Kant and Manmohan will take up the matter for hearing on December 9.
