About 175 thousand students start taking second term exams at Damascus University

Damascus, SANA – The second semester exams started on Sunday morning at Damascus university for the academic year 2020/2021 and will continue for about a month. Rector of Damascus University, Dr. Mohammad Yasar Abdeen, told SANA that about 175 thousand students will take the exams. Abdeen affirmed the university’s keenness to apply preventative measures to confront the novel coronavirus during the examination period in order to preserve the safety of everyone inside the university, within the framework of the instructions of Higher Education and Scientific Research Ministry.
