Covid-19 en Ouganda: la population ressent dèjà les effets du nouveau confinement partiel

En Ouganda, les conséquences économiques du nouveau confinement partiel qui a commencé ce week-end se font déjà ressentir pour une partie de la population. Depuis le samedi 19 juin et pour une durée de 42 jours, tout transport, public ou privé est interdit, les lieux de culte fermés et le couvre-feu décalé à 19h au lieu de 21h. Parmi les plus touchés, les moto-taxis ou « boda boda » qui circulent partout dans Kampala. Interdiction pour eux de prendre des passagers : ils ne peuvent désormais travailler qu’avec des livraisons. Une perte de revenu considérable pour la majorité d’entre eux.
