L’artiste américain Mike Winkelmann alias Beeple a vendu ce jeudi 11 mars chez Christie’s une œuvre entièrement numérique pour 69,3 millions de dollars (57,8 millions d’euros). 22 millions d’internautes ont assisté à la vente de « Everydays : The First 5 000 Days » sur le site de la maison de vente aux enchères. Ainsi, Beeple figure maintenant parmi les trois artistes vivants les plus chers au monde, aux côtés de Jeff Koons et David Hockney.
