Cody Jinks took to social media with some unfortunate news for his Canadian fanbase earlier today, July 2, after the trucks hauling his production gear were denied entry into the country ahead of his weekend concerts.
The beloved outlaw country artist was forced to cancel his shows over the holiday weekend as a result, calling it a "logistic impossibility" to make the show go on, despite having "follow[ed] all of the prescribed procedures given" in order to cross the border.
"I had to make the difficult decision to cancel the shows on July 4th and 5th. It is incredibly important to me that everyone who spends their hard-earned money to see a show gets the absolute best experience possible, and right now, that standard just can’t be met without my truck," he lamented.
