Discovery Days are back at The Forum Carlsbad, offering a lively lineup of free, family-friendly experiences every Thursday morning in July from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. Hosted in the garden area near YETI, the series blends imagination, entertainment, and creativity to spark joy in kids of all ages.
Each week will feature a unique theme, from patriotic fun to pirate adventures, giving families a new reason to visit and explore all summer long.
Independence Day Celebration – July 3Kids and families will kick off the month with a patriotic celebration featuring vocal performances by the Star-Spangled Sisters. Participants will also meet a pilot and create their very own airplane to take home.
Luau Adventure – July 10Guests will enjoy hula dancing and live music with Moana, and kids will have the opportunity to craft their colorful leis to take home.
Out Of This World – July 17Young explorers will have the opportunity to interact with an astronaut and create shimmering suncatchers to take home.
Ahoy Matey Pirate Day – July 24Kids will join a local pirate for hands-on pirate training and exciting storytelling during this swashbuckling adventure.
Summer Rocks – July 31Budding geologists will engage in an interactive presentation and participate in a fun rock mining craft to close out the summer series.
*Crafts are limited to one per guest, while supplies last. Adult supervision required.
