SAN FRANCISCO (KRON) -- Firefighters in San Francisco Tuesday responded to a wildfire on the southbound lanes of Highway 101 between Cesar Chavez and San Bruno. SFFD initially described the fire as an "active incident" with heavy smoke present.
Walnut Creek restaurant abruptly closes after months-long relaunchHowever, as of 8:45 a.m., the fire was extinguished. There was no damage to any structures and no injuries were reported.
The cause of the fire was determined to be accidental, according to fire officials.
