Michael Jordan’s former Highland Park mansion is once again available for rent, but this time in a new way.
The sprawling home formerly owned by the Chicago Bulls legend is now “accepting bookings for short-term luxury stays” via Airbnb Luxe.
Beginning Monday, the 7.39-acre estate known as Champions Point, owned by John Cooper, became available on the rental website.
“This storied property offers guests a rare opportunity to experience one of the Midwest’s most exclusive estates,” a press release stated.
The home can accommodate up to 12 guests, with seven bedrooms and 20 bathrooms, making it “ideal for private getaways, milestone celebrations, or bespoke retreats,” according to the listing.
“Champions Point has always been a legendary estate,” owner John Cooper said in a statement. “Now, we’re making it possible for more people to experience that magic firsthand through our partnership with Airbnb Luxe. Whether it’s a family retreat, milestone celebration, or unforgettable getaway with friends, this estate offers an unparalleled experience in luxury living.”
The new owner had previously offered the property up for rent this spring, billing it as “The Ultimate March Madness Retreat,” with a month-long stay at $230,000.
But on Airbnb, listing prices show nearly $330,000 for 21 nights for 12 people. The home has a seven-night minimum booking requirement.
“Champions Point” features a full-size regulation basketball court, championship-level putting green, tennis court, fitness center and more.
