Celebrity cook Rachael Ray was seen in a rare public outing in New York City over the weekend.
Former Food Network star Rachael Ray has had fans concerned about her health in recent years due to some viral videos that she has posted on her Instagram account, but she was all smiles when she was in New York City over the weekend to sign bottles of her Staple Gin at Broadway Spirits. "Join (obviously me), Rachael Ray on Saturday, June 28 from 1–3 PM at Broadway Spirits for an exclusive Staple Gin bottle signing ?. Back on Mother's Day weekend in May 2025, Ray posted a video to Instagram talking about how her mother taught her how to cook, but also how to "make something outta nothing" and stretch a dollar.

In the comments, fans were concerned with her appearance and slurred speech.
"Are you okay? You don’t look well," wrote one fan.
Another fan added, "I pray to God that none of you ever grow old and become ill….because if you do, you won't look great every day. You won't care about how you look because you don't feel well. Please respect her. She seems so very humble and kind. Just leave her alone and respect her."
"She may be on high doses of steroids for some health issue. Please be kind. You never know what's going on with someone. ❤️," wrote a third fan.
On Facebook, one fan said she didn't even recognize Ray, writing, "It took me half of the video to figure out this is Rachael Ray."
