Hoda Kotb has an idea of who should be taking her seat next to Jenna Bush Hager.
On Thursday night's episode of "Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen," the former "Today" co-anchor revealed that she had a few favorites in mind when it comes to who should take the coveted spot.
"Anybody would be so lucky," Kotb said. "But to me, the contenders are Savannah [Guthrie], I think she would be great, I think Justin Sylvester's amazing, Scarlett Johansson crushed it — she said it was her favorite job — and Matt Rogers is great, and also our dear friend Sheinelle Jones, who's going through a difficult time, I feel like she'd be good."
"I feel like it's whoever clicks great with Jenna," she added.
Cohen also agreed that podcast host Rogers would be a good fit for the position.
The search for a co-host of the 3rd hour of the Today show has been on since Kotb left in January. And while a variety of A-listers, hosts, and TV personalities have rotated in for a guest spot, fans also agree with Kotb that Guthrie,Sylvester, and Rogers would be great choices.
