Seether and Daughtry will play the Covelli Centre on Oct. 20 as part of a co-headlining tour.
South African band Seether has had three platinum and two gold albums and more than 20 number one singles on the mainstream rock chart. Its songs have been streamed more than two billion times worldwide.
Daughtry is one of the best-selling rock acts of the 21st century. Led by Chris Daughtry, the band’s debut album received four Grammy nominations and won four American Music Awards and seven Billboard Music Awards, including album of the year.
Daughtry played a grandstand concert at last year’s Canfield Fair and also has headlined shows at the Covelli Centre and Packard Music Hall.
Also on the bill for the 7 p.m. concert will be P.O.D. and Kami Kehoe.
Tickets range from $42.50 to $99.50 and go on sale at 10 a.m. Friday at the arena’s Southwoods Health box office and through Ticketmaster. An online-only presale runs from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Thursday with the password: GONE.
