Brooklyn Beckham and wife Nicola Peltz have hired the same lawyers as Prince Harry and Meghan Markle amid their ongoing family feud.
Multiple outlets have confirmed that the couple is working with British lawyer Jenny Afia to help with “reputation management,” per The Mail on Sunday, which was first to report the news.
A source told Us that Beckham, 26, and Peltz’s decision about hiring their lawyer has “absolutely no connection to Meghan and Harry.”
“Schillings [law firm] is a respected firm with a wide range of client,” the insider continued. “Ironically, the inaccurate reporting proves exactly why one hires legal counsel, to set the record straight and combat the spread of deliberate misinformation.”
Us Weekly has reached out to Beckham and Peltz’s teams for comment.
The attorney previously represented Harry, 40, and Meghan, 43, in their privacy and copyright infringement case against The Mail on Sunday publishers, which the Duke and Duchess of Sussex won in 2021.

Reports of the couple’s new legal representation comes after Beckham, 26, met with Harry for an apparent “victim summit” in Montecito, California. The meetup apparently had Harry and Meghan offering their “unwavering support” for Beckham and Peltz, 30, as both couples are well acquainted with family feuds.
However, Hello! Magazine royals editor Emily Nash clarified that there were other couples present at Harry and Meghan’s home for the gathering.
“I think we need to clarify as well, it wasn’t just the two couples. They were there as part of a dinner party of about 20 people,” she shared during a past episode of the “A Right Royal Podcast.” She speculated that it was “not engineered” to be a “victim summit” as it was previously dubbed.
A source confirmed to Us Weekly late last month that Brooklyn and his wife still aren’t on speaking terms with his parents, David and Victoria Beckham. The young couple “have not been in touch” with Brooklyn’s family since they decided to skip David’s 50th birthday party on May 3, the insider shared.
“There hasn’t been any sort of resolution from either side,” the source continued, noting that there has been no outreach done despite Brooklyn’s recent trip to London. “Things are tense and he didn’t think it would be a productive conversation.”

Brooklyn “didn’t want to deal with it,” the insider explained.
“Brooklyn is trying to let things go right now and is giving everyone space,” the source shared, noting that he and Peltz are “just doing their own thing.” The insider added, “They have their own separate lives and have been carrying on for now.”
Brooklyn married Peltz in April 2022 and a separate source told Us that the “bad blood” started way before their nuptials. (Drama between Peltz and Victoria was widely reported before the wedding.)
“Things never really got smoothed over, and you can tell it still affects everyone,” the second source said. “The tension is still present and it’s hard for Brooklyn at times. Brooklyn’s having a tough time with it. He’s super stubborn and just wants space from his family right now.”
