Patrick Dempsey, 59, marked a milestone moment for his family with a rare snap.
On Friday, the actor and his wife, Jillian, 59, watched their twin boys, Darby and Sullivan, 18, graduate from high school. The boys graduated from Crossroads School for Arts & Sciences in Santa Monica, California.
In an Instagram share, Dempsey honored his sons’ big day with a picture of him, his wife, and the boys in their graduation gowns.
“Graduation!! So proud of you boys and cannot wait to see where the next chapter of your lives will take you!” Dempsey wrote as his caption.

The comments section was filled with congrats for Sullivan and Darby, including Jillian sharing a celebration emoji. Dempsey’s former Grey’s Anatomy costar Justin Chambers also replied with several clapping emojis.
One fan said, “Jillian and Sullivan are twins and Patrick and Darby are twins,” while another shared, “Congratulations to your boys such a beautiful family."
Darby also used Instagram to share pictures from his and Sullivan’s graduation day. featured three photos, including the one Dempsey shared. Darby also added the moment he got his diploma and a shot of him with his older sister, Talula, 23.
