    Closed: May 29 Reason: Insufficient hot water

    Almokhtar Cafe, 401 S. Brookhurst St., Anaheim

    Closed: May 23 Reason: Insufficient hot water Reopened: May 24

    Mission Donuts, 28950 Golden Lantern, Suite A, Laguna Niguel

    Closed: May 23 Reason: Rodent infestation Reopened: May 23

    Updates since last week’s list:

    Toyo at 676 S. State College Blvd., Suite 103, Anaheim, which was ordered closed May 21 because of a cockroach infestation, was allowed to reopen May 22.
