Natalie Portman is soaking up the sun in Cannes, France, looking stunning in a black bikini.
The Black Swan actress was photographed by TMZon Sunday, May 18, as she took a dip in the refreshing European waters, even trying her hand at cliff-diving. Portman appeared to be having a blast in the photos, and was accompanied by an unknown person who could potentially be a new romantic interest.
The outing comes after her stunning red carpet appearance at Cannes Film Festival for her upcoming movie, Arco. During the Friday, May 16 photocall for the movie, Portman turned heads, yet again, in a stunning sparkly black dress with intricate bedazzled designs throughout.
She also recapped her exciting weekend on Instagram, sharing both a photo from before the carpet as well as her jumping off a very high diving board into the ocean. Portman captioned the pics, "✌️Cannes… #Arco ?."
As for her swimming buddy, Portman has not yet named the individual. Earlier this year, the actress was linked to French musician and producer Tanguy Destable, her first relationship since her divorce from ex-husband Benjamin Millepied.

Portman and Millepied, who married in 2012 after meeting on the set of Black Swan, separated in 2023 following rumors of Millepied's alleged affair with climate activist Camille Etienne. Although the couple never publicly confirmed the reasons behind their split, they officially divorced in March 2024.
The couple share two children, Aleph, 13, and Amalia, 8, whom Portman recently gave a rare update about post-divorce in April. “My kids are always a source of excitement, because you just see them develop into the individuals they are," she told Jenna Ortega during a sitdown with Interview Magazine. "Also, I’ve been spending a lot of time with my friends, with their kids and my kids; that’s pretty fun."
