Logan Paul will only fight his brother Jake if they square off in MMA.
The YouTube stars teased a potential brother vs brother fight earlier this year by posting a mock poster for a March 27 event on HBO Max.
However, it later turned out to be a clever marketing campaign for the launch of their own reality television show, Paul American.
There is considerable appetite for the unprecedented clash, but it won’t happen in boxing.
Logan humbly admits his brother would “definitely” win in the squared circle, having dedicated himself to the sport for the last six years.
While Logan effectively launched the influencer boxing scene with his fight against KSI in 2018, Jake, who fought Deji on the undercard, has kicked on further with his gloved career.
‘The Problem Child’ is now 11-1 as a professional and returns to action on June 28 against former WBC middleweight champion Julio Cesar Chavez Jr, following a record-breaking Netflix bout with Mike Tyson.
Meanwhile, Logan (1-1) hasn’t boxed since his disqualification win over Dillon Danis in October 2023, with his attention firmly fixed on his burgeoning WWE career.
Given Logan’s Division I High School wrestling background, an MMA fight would, theoretically, be more competitive, and so ‘The Maverick’ admits he is open to fighting his brother in the cage if the money is right.
“Not unless it’s MMA,” Paul said on his podcast about potentially fighting Jake.
“He’d definitely win [in boxing] at this point. He’s got a heavy hand. We would need an insane amount of money.”
Jake joined the PFL in 2023 and was mooted to make his MMA debut at the back end of the year.

However, the fight never came to fruition.
Since then, talk of a potential crossover clash between Paul and unified heavyweight champion Oleksandr Usyk has sprung up,
“Yeah, I want to be like Holly [Holm] here and test my skills in the cage,” he said while standing next to the former UFC bantamweight champion, who famously knocked out Ronda Rousey.
“That’s something I’m super, super interested in, and I think it would be a very, very big spectacle.
“Nate Diaz is still ducking, but we would need to find the right opponent. [Oleksandr] Usyk, maybe.

Paul’s manager, Nakisa Bidarian, then confirmed that he is in discussions with Usyk’s team about the lucrative showcase fight, which would hands down represent Paul’s toughest test to date.
“Usyk has called out Jake multiple times in MMA,” said Bidarian.
“They’ve been in touch with us behind the scenes, saying they want to do that fight in 2026.
“So it’s something that we definitely want to pursue.”
