The Broncos have made two external hires, but have promoted nine front office members to elevated roles.

Externally, the Broncos hired Cam Williams to be the Co-Director of Player Personnel alongside A.J. Durso, who was promoted to the same title. Williams previously spent nine seasons with the New England Patriots, where he was the director of college scouting.

Jordon Dizon is the other external hire, coming on as the team’s Director of Pro Personnel. Dizon spent the last three seasons with the Philadelphia Eagles and was previously on the Broncos staff from 2015-2021 as a pro scout and assistant director of pro personnel.

Internally, the Broncos announced nine different promotions. Durso, as mentioned above, was promoted to being the Co-Director of Player Personnel.

After the team lost assistant general manager Darren Mougey to the New York Jets, the Broncos promoted Reed Burckhardt to Assistant GM as Paton’s right-hand man. Burckhardt was previously the director of player personnel for Denver for the last three seasons.

Bryan Chesin was named as the team’s Director of College Scouting, replacing Brian Stark, who departed for the Las Vegas Raiders assistant GM job.

Ish Seisay was promoted as the team’s Midwest Area/International Scout after spending the last two seasons as the Broncos’ pro/college scout.

Nick Schiralli was named Senior Personnel Executive after spending the past four seasons as the assistant director of college scouting.

Dave Bratten was named as the team’s Assistant Director of College Scouting after previously serving the team as the West Area Scout. He’ll be entering his 27th season with the team.

Scott DiStefano was named as the team’s Senior College Scout and is entering his 45th season with the team, making him the longest tenured member of the Broncos personnel department.

Deon Randall was named as the Broncos’ National Scout after spending the last three seasons as the team’s southwest area scout.

Roya Burton was promoted to being the team’s Player Personnel Coordinator/Scout after spending the last two years as the team’s scouting coordinator.

Internally, the Broncos are invested in their belief in promoting from within. The roster is in a great place right now as the team goes into OTAs in the next few weeks. With their quarterback of the future locked into place, how they build this team going forward will be fun to watch.
