Insomnia Cookies Brings Back Fan-Favorite Flavor for Limited Time ...Saudi Arabia

Insomnia Cookies is adding several new bakery items to menus in just a few days, all of which were not only inspired by but "built around one of the best-selling flavors."

So, if your go-to get from the cult-favorite bakery chain is its Cookies 'N Cream, well, do we have some extra sweet news for you.

Heading to Insomnia stores nationwide for a limited time is a Cookies 'N Cream ice cream sandwich, a Cookies 'N Cream Brookie, and, of course, the original that inspired it all, the Cookies 'N Cream Classic.

Yep, that's right, Insomnia Cookies’ fan-favorite classic cookie dough sprinkled with chocolate sandwich cookie pieces and Hershey's Premier White Chips is returning this spring, and it's bringing some goodies with it.

Along with the OG, customers can also enjoy a brookie version featuring the famous "crunchy, gooey Cookies ‘N Cream cookie" that's been "baked into a decadent, fudgy brownie base."

And last, but certainly not least, is the Cookies 'n Cream 'Wich. A classic ice cream sandwich made with either vanilla, chocolate, or cookies 'n cream ice cream slathered between two Classic Insomnia Cookies ‘N Cream cookies. 

The new items are set to officially debut at participating Insomnia bakeries beginning Monday, May 19, but they won't be around for longer than supplies last, so get 'em while they're hot (or cold, you know, depending).
