Senate Democratic Leader Chuck Schumer will give remarks on Tuesday morning from the Senate floor.
Schumer's comments come as Democrats have mounted criticism on President Trump over his decision to accept a jet as a gift from the Qatari royal family. Some have even pushed for a vote on the ethics of the gift, as lawmakers say it requires Congressional approval.
The speech also comes as Republicans in the House seek to push forward with the president's legislative agenda.
His remarks are expected to begin around 10 a.m. EDT.
