THE CINCINNATI BENGALS are dealing with an early injury concern during preseason.
The Bengals are rigorously preparing for the upcoming NFL campaign.
But Cincinnati head coach Zac Taylor is being deprived of B.J. Hill’s services.
Hill, 30, was spotted wearing a walking boot on his lower left leg two days ago.
Multiple reports suggest the defensive tackle has been an observer as is not ready for full participation.
It’s not clear what injury has led the ex-New York Giants star to don the protective device.
According to The Athletic, however, Hill was not wearing it during an open locker room period last week.
Nevertheless, Bengals fans were left worried as they took to social media.
One fan tweeted: “Hopefully [wearing it] to get stronger…”
Another commented: “Feel bad for the guy.”
A third wrote: “Injured already, good lord.”
This fan said: “Such a disappointment.”
And that one worried: “Oh no.”
This comes after Hill signed a three-year deal to stay with the Ohio outfit in March and extend his ongoing four-year stint at Paycor Stadium.
