Joshua Jackson and his ex-wife, Jodie Turner-Smith, can’t seem to get on the same page.
The model, 38, recently submitted private text messages between the two as evidence in their ongoing divorce proceedings.
In the alleged messages obtained by In Touch Weekly, Turner-Smith and Jackson, 46, are arguing over their daughter Juno’s schooling.

In a message from Jackson to Turner-Smith, the Dawson’s Creek actor wrote: “I looked over the packet you put in Juno’s pack. I think we should probably sit down and discuss this ASAP. I’d love to understand your thinking here, hear what the issues are with [redacted], and discuss what your goals/hopes are with the new school. What’s your availability this week? I know the window for submission at other schools is closing, so I feel we should do this soon.”
Jackson signed the message “Best.”
In a separate set of text messages, the exes go back and forth about finding a time to meet that suits both of their schedules, as well as their babysitter’s.
Turner-Smith filed for divorce from Jackson in October 2023 after four years of marriage. The actress cited irreconcilable differences as the reason for their split.
Since then, they’ve been battling it out in court over a number of issues—namely, where their daughter Juno, who was born in April 2020, receives her education.

“I consistently prioritize Juno’s best interests and value Josh’s input as her father. Since March 2025, I have responded to Josh’s questions on this issue and remained available to meet and confer regarding the school selection for Juno, to resolve this issue amicably with Josh,” Turner-Smith said in a declaration, per In Touch.
“However, despite my outreach and good faith efforts, Josh ultimately opposed Juno’s enrollment at [the school]. Separately, through counsel, I have made repeated efforts to coordinate a summer and fall custodial schedule with Josh to accommodate both of our work schedules while prioritizing consistency and frequent contact with both parents for Juno,” she continued.
A judge has yet to rule on their case, and Jackson has yet to respond to Turner-Smith’s allegations in court.
