CHARLOTTE, N.C. (QUEEN CITY NEWS) — Day 2 of the Lovin' Life Music Festival in Uptown was cut short due to severe weather.
Shortly after 5 p.m., officials announced they were evacuating the festival grounds immediately.
Spectators are asked to seek shelter at the 7th Street parking deck.
Mecklenburg County, as well as Gaston and York counties, are under a severe thunderstorm warning until 5:45 p.m.
