Mabil Mawut represents latest Arizona Wildcats addition
He and Gueye mark the latest additions to the program, joining high-profile freshmen Koa Peat, Brayden Burries, Bryce James and Aristode. Evan Nelson is also headed to the Wildcats after transferring from Harvard this offseason.
There’s been no shortage of departures, either, with KJ Lewis (Georgetown), Henri Veesaar (North Carolina), Emmanuel Stephen (UNLV) and Conrad Martinez (High Point) heading elsewhere through the portal.
The Wildcats also saw Caleb Love and Trey Townsend exhaust their remaining college eligibility. Carter Bryant is reportedly entering the 2025 NBA Draft, though can still maintain his college eligibility by withdrawing his name from consideration by May 28.
The Wildcats made it to the Sweet Sixteen in the NCAA Tournament but fell, 100-93, to Duke.
