Rejoice, Rachael Ray fans! Your favorite celebrity chef is returning to TV in May with brand new episodes of her show Meals in Minutes.
A+E announced Friday, May 2 that as part of its partnership with Chef Ray and Intentional Content’s Free Food Studios, her Meals in Minutes show will return for its third season on Monday, May 26 with back-to-back episodes, followed by back-to-back episodes for the season two premiere of Global Soul Kitchen with Chef Deborah VanTrece, both airing on FYI.
On Meals in Minutes, viewers join Ray, 56, in her kitchen where she "demonstrates her creativity and flair while creating a complete meal in minutes," reads the press release.
It also teases that "this season features dishes from comfort food to sophisticated entertaining fare, including lamb and beef chorizo chili, Italian brisket, shrimp salad stuffed shells, and white bean soup."
On Global Soul Kitchen, Chef VanTrece combines "traditional Southern American dishes with influences from across the globe."
"In each half-hour episode, VanTrece brings together bold flavors and unique inspirations to create memorable and delicious one-of-a-kind dishes. With recipes this season from Jamaican beef pot pie and black-eyed pea biryani to adobo ribs and duck schnitzel with sweet potato waffles, VanTrece whips up meals that are both familiar and unique," reads the press release.
Sounds like a delicious one-two punch of culinary content!
Meals in Minutes is one of three shows Ray has on FYI. She also hosts Rachael Ray in Tuscany and Rachael Ray's Italian Dream Home. More details can be found on the FYI website.

Ray previously had a talk show called The Rachael Ray Show that aired in syndication from 2006 to 2023. She also hosted 30 Minute Meals for Food Network from 2001 to 2012 and then again in 2019 when it was revived for one season. Her talk show ended when she and her long-time producing partners Brian Flanagan, Anthony Amoia and Sean Lee formed Free Food Studios in 2023.
