Play at the European Darts Grand Prix was suspended following a fire alarm that went off during a match.
Jermaine Wattimena and Daniel Klose were competing in their first round match at the Glaspalast in Germany on Friday afternoon.
However, a fire alarm caused both players to leave their positions and the venue in Munich was evacuated.
The PDC said: “A fire alarm led to the Glaspalast being evacuated before the Jermaine Wattimena v Daniel Klose game began.
“Due to the venue’s safety procedures, the afternoon session was subsequently ended.”
They added: “Friday’s evening session will now commence at 1900 local time with the Wattimena v Klose match, before the other scheduled evening session matches take place.”
Luke Humphries, Michael van Gerwen and Rob Cross are among the notable stars at the tournament.
