Major European indices are closing mostly higher. The one exception is Spain's Ibex. Look at the closing levels shows:

US yields are lower. The US treasury will auction off 7-year notes at 1 PM ET. The two and five-year note auctions earlier this week saw strong domestic demand in the US and weaker international demand.
