Norwich City have parted ways with manager Johannes Hoff Thorup, after a terrible run of form and the Canaries will be on the lookout for a replacement ahead of the summer.
And now Jack Wilshere takes the reins in the run-in to the end of the Championship season, with the possibility of the former Arsenal midfielder sending down Aaron Ramsey’s Cardiff, who himself took over the club at the weekend.

Wilshere is amongst the candidates to be a permanent replacement and would make a great bet while he is installed as high as 5/1.
The former midfielder scored one of the best build-up plays for Arsenal against the side and now could be a successful appointment if the final few games go the right way.
A turn around wouldn’t be too surprising as the English interim manager has long been interested in the coaching set ups.
Norwich were knocking on the door of a play off bid not too long ago.
But now with four losses in five and a worse run beyond that, they have slumped to 14th and the club have opted for a turnaround sooner than later.
Which could suggest they want a change before the season is up to prepare better for the summer.

Russell Martin leads the betting though and his affiliation with the club could continue after a decade playing for the Canaries from 2009 to 2018.
Martin has managed MK Dons from 2019 to 2021, Swansea from 2021 to June 2023 and then Southampton from then until December 2024.
It’s the longest time he’s been without a club since becoming a manager and could be lined up for a meaningful return.
