On the field, Tuggle caught 3 passes for 34 yards last year in his true freshman season. He was a 4-star prospect and the No. 102 player in the class of 2024, per 247Sports Composite rankings.
Jackson is a college football veteran who began his career at USC and played sparingly for the Bulldogs last season. He caught just 1 pass for 10 yards and ended up redshirting during his lone season in Athens.
