Reba McEntire, who was born and raised in Oklahoma, paid tribute to the lives that were lost in the Oklahoma City bombing in 1995 on the 30th anniversary of the tragedy.
The country singer shared a new photo on social media of herself and partner Rex Linn posing with a newly planted tree with bright smiles on their faces.

"30 years ago today, a horrific act of terrorism occurred in Oklahoma City in our great home state of Oklahoma," she began the caption. "Today, we planted a seedling from The Survivor Tree, the only tree that survived the tragedy. We planted this tree in honor of those 168 precious lives lost that day, and as a symbol of hope for the future."
