This week’s Daily News high school baseball rankings, as of Tuesday, April 15.
DAILY NEWS BASEBALL TOP 10
(Records through Monday, April 14)
1. Crespi (16-1 overall, 11-1 Mission League)
The Celts shut out Alemany twice in one week by scores of 5-0 and 8-0 to remain in control of the Mission League. Crespi has the week off, then has three nonleague games before a big-time series against Harvard-Westlake that starts April 29.
2. Harvard-Westlake (13-6 overall, 10-2 Mission League)
The Wolverines bounced back from a 7-0 loss to Notre Dame by beating the Knights 5-4 the following day. Jack Laffitte went 2 for 3 in the win with two RBIs and a walk-off single in the seventh inning.
3. Sierra Canyon (11-9 overall, 5-7 Mission League)
Sierra Canyon split a home-and-home series with Chaminade before shutting out Camarillo 13-0 on Friday. Brayden Charness pitched five innings and dealt three strikeouts while giving up three hits. Mikhal Johnson was 3 for 3 at the plate with two home runs, seven RBIs and two runs.

The Lions completed a three-game sweep of Agoura last week but lost their first game of this week against Westlake, 7-6, on Monday. Freshman Ryan Sheffer was 2 for 4 with a home run. The competitive series, which has league title implications, continues Wednesday and Thursday.
5. Westlake (15-4 overall, 9-2 Marmonte League)
The Warriors are on a four-game win streak and won two games against Thousand Oaks in walk-off fashion last week. Mason Charles had two walk-off hits and a three-run home run in the series. The senior is hitting .304 with 13 RBIs in 18 games.

6. Notre Dame (10-11 overall, 6-6 Mission League)
Notre Dame came to battle against Harvard-Westlake and started last week with a 7-0 shutout. Junior pitcher Juju Diaz pitched all seven innings, struck out seven hitters and allowed three hits. Eight different Knights players recorded a hit.
7. West Ranch (13-6 overall, 7-1 Foothill League)
The Wildcats’ Foothill League win streak extended to seven games after two wins over Valencia. Senior pitcher Hunter Manning gave up two hits, struck out 16 hitters and walked one over seven innings in a 12-0 shutout of the Vikings on April 2.
8. Calabasas (13-7 overall, 4-5 Marmonte League)
The Coyotes had four games in seven days, starting with a three-game Marmonte League series against Newbury Park. The Panthers won the first game 4-2, but Calabasas rebounded for two league wins and a nonleague win against Canyon. Dylan Arborio was 3 for 4 with a double and two RBIs in the series-ending 11-3 win over Newbury Park. AJ Seidel was 3 for 4 with three RBIs.

Royal remains unbeaten in league play after back-to-back wins over Moorpark. Shortstop Brady Hewitt is hitting .411 with 22 RBIs and three home runs and lefty Dean Barkman is 5-0 on the mound with a 0.66 ERA.
10. Birmingham (14-7 overall, 9-0 West Valley League)
The Patriots outscored Taft 16-2 across two games to stay unbeaten in league. They have Chatsworth, Granada Hills Charter and El Casino Real to get through before claiming the league title.
