ED SHEERAN has revealed his stance on performing at the Super Bowl.
Some of the biggest artists in the world have had the honour of headlining the showpiece game’s halftime show.

The opportunity once came Sheeran’s way over a decade ago but never materialised.
Sheeran is a big fan of the half-time show but has no plans to feature in it – unless he’s part of a fellow artist’s show.
During an appearance on the Call Her Daddy podcast, the Brit said: “There was a conversation about 10 years ago to go on with someone.
“And I think that would be the only way that I would do it.
“I don’t think English artists… I mean some have the pizzazz of (the) Super Bowl – fireworks, dancers, blah blah blah.
“But me going up there and being like, ‘Here’s the A-Team, here’s ‘Perfect’.’
“No one wants to see that.”
‘Shape of You’ star Sheeran, however, would happily perform a duet with fellow pop sensation Beyonce.

He added: “Say it was Beyonce‘s show and she had all the bells and whistles.
“And then there was moment where we sang ‘Perfect’ together, that makes sense to me.
“But I can’t picture myself doing it.”
Rapper Kendrick Lamar served as the headline act for Super Bowl 59, which saw the Philadelphia Eagles end the Kansas City Chiefs‘ bid for a historic three-peat.
His performance of his hit single ‘Not Like Us’ went viral, although it drew more than 100 complaints to the Federal Communications Commission.
